This invigorating class combines the grace of yoga with the power of strength training. We'll utilize light weights and resistance bands to enhance classic yoga poses, building strength, improving balance and increasing flexibility.

A one-hour sweet gentle yoga sequence with minimal downward dogs and plenty of breathing and stretching. A beginner-friendly class suitable for all levels, this practice emphasizes slow, mindful movements and promotes relaxation and stress relief.

This class will move at a slower pace, allowing you to connect with your breath and find balance within each posture, combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Friday class is more challenging. 😊

There will be very little (or no) down dog, and lots of options to meet your body where it is.
This class is donation-based, making it accessible to everyone.

We’ll move steadily from pose to pose, linking movement with breath, exploring standing sequences, gentle transitions, and moments of challenge — always with options offered. Expect a moderate pace that invites you to feel strong, energized, and fully present.
This class is donation-based, welcoming all who wish to practice.
