This class is a slow, supportive flow with longer holds and plenty of time to stretch, breathe, and settle into your body. We’ll focus on opening tight areas, improving mobility, and finding steadiness — without rushing or pushing.
There will be very little (or no) down dog, and lots of options to meet your body where it is.
This class is donation-based, making it accessible to everyone.
Come as you are, give what you can, and let the beach do the rest.
