This energizing class blends traditional yoga with intentional strength work. We use light to moderate weights and resistance bands to build muscle, support bone health, and improve balance — all while staying connected to the breath.
We’ll challenge the whole body, then take time to stretch deeply so you leave feeling strong and open.
This is for seasoned souls who don’t want to lose strength as the years go by.
