This class blends functional strength training with mindful yoga movement to help you feel strong, steady, and more at ease in your body.
We’ll use hand weights alongside traditional yoga poses to build muscle, support bone health, and improve balance — followed by deep, intentional stretching to release tight areas and restore mobility.
I’m using 5–10 lb weights in this class because that’s what I have on hand.
You’re welcome to use anything from 3–20 lbs, or skip the weights altogether.
This is not about lifting heavy — it’s about lifting wisely.
Move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and always listen to your body.
