Slow Flow Yoga – February 10, 2026
In this Slow Flow practice, we get just a little twisty.
Slow Flow is about moving your body with your breath — one steady inhale, one steady exhale at a time. The pace is unhurried, but the work is real. It’s a little more challenging than Gentle Yoga, with longer holds, deeper stretches, and smooth transitions that build quiet strength and balance.
Today’s sequence weaves in twisting shapes to help rinse out tension, wake up the spine, and create space through the ribs and waist. Twists are powerful — they ask us to root down, lengthen up, and rotate from a place of steadiness rather than force.
As always, listen to your body as you go with the flow.
Pause when you need to.
Breathe when things feel intense.
Make the practice yours.
This class is designed for Seasoned Souls who want to feel strong, mobile, and steady — not rushed, not pushed — just supported in moving well.
Meet yourself on the mat.
And let the breath lead the way.
