This class offers a more traditional, breath-led flow that builds strength, balance, and focus while still honoring mindful movement.

We’ll move steadily from pose to pose, linking movement with breath, exploring standing sequences, gentle transitions, and moments of challenge — always with options offered. Expect a moderate pace that invites you to feel strong, energized, and fully present.

This class is donation-based, welcoming all who wish to practice.
