Yoga has changed my life. It has taught me to slow down.  To be in the moment.  To breathe and to move with my breath.  It has taught me to quiet my mind and listen to my body - really listen.  My teaching style is relaxed and fun.   Yoga can be intimidating to some folks so my approach comes from humor and thoughtfulness.  Hopefully you will walk away from my class with a little more peace.   A lot less stress.   And a contented smile on your face.   The only way to find out is to give it a try.  Press the button below and sign up for a class.
